These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Wirabet ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible atwirabet.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided through the Wirabet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Wirabet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, lottery, poker, and any other gaming or wagering activities made available on the Platform from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on Wirabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Wirabet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are categorically prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or while placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Wirabet or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Wirabet Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Wirabet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. Wirabet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Wirabet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

Wirabet will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Wirabet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for e-wallet deposits and RM 50 for bank transfers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Wirabet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following one (1) blockchain confirmation. Network fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Wirabet account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Wirabet targets processing times of under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay),5–15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers, and 15–60 minutes for direct bank wire transfers. These are targets and not guarantees; processing times may vary during peak periods.
• Wirabet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests exceding RM 10,000.
• Any withdrawal request associated with incomplete KYC verification will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the Wirabet Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) are published separately and supplement these general provisions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Wirabet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers unless a specific product rule provides otherwise (e.g., cash-out feature in sports betting).
• Wirabet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, whether due to a technical fault, human error, or a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, Wirabet's decision — made in good faith and based on available evidence — shall be final and binding.
• The maximum payout per bet or per event is subject to platform-wide or product-specific limits, which may be reviewed periodically. Players will be notified of applicable limits at the point of wager placement.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the Platform's software for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of associated winings and potential account closure.
• Wirabet uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available on the relevant game information pages.

Wirabet offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion notice.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Standard rollover requirements range from ×10 to ×20 of the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit ofRM 300 per round applies. Wagers placed in excess of this limit whilst bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Standard expiry windows range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Referal Bonuses: The Refer a Friend programme entitles eligible Players to referal rewards when a newly registered player — referred by them — makes a qualifying first deposit. Full referral terms apply.
• Wirabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wirabet Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal or criminal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorised use of payment instruments belonging to third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's systems. Any such vulnerability must be reported to Wirabet support immediately upon discovery.
• Coluding with other Players, Wirabet staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward Wirabet staff or other Players.

Wirabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which the system will log you out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Betting will be restricted once the threshold is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion for periods ranging from 1 week to 12 months, or request permanent closure of your account. During any exclusion period, all promotional communications will be suspended.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen session duration reminders to keep track of time spent on the Platform.

Wirabet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts pending verification.

All content on the Wirabet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Wirabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Use the Wirabet name, logo, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wirabet, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data, where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Wirabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Wirabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any product-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria specified in Clause 3.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used in a manner that poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to Wirabet.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting Wirabet support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and applicable verification checks.

Wirabet shall not be obligated to return Bonus Funds or any winings derived solely from Bonus Funds where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to Wirabet's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to Wirabet's support team. Wirabet will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. All communications should be directed to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process to the Player's satisfaction, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Wirabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revisions will be published on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — Wirabet will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice through on-Platform notifications or via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
